This bed rail is designed to provide support and safety for up to 300 lbs. It can be used as a bed rail to prevent falling out of bed, or as a hand rail to assist in getting out of bed. The bed rail is adjustable from 25-40 inches after it has been placed on the bed, and can easily fold down to the side of the bed to provide space for making the bed or allow the user to get out of bed. The bed rail is compatible with any home or hospital bed and has adjustable height to accommodate varying mattress thickness.
