The PneumaticWalker Diabetic System includes the XP Diabetic Walker, insoles (one Impax⁄ Grid and one Plastizote), stockings, and a Hand Bulb with Pressure Gauge. The XP Diabetic Walker has an aircell lined shell that maximizes plantar unloading, regulates shear stress, and provides protection and immobilization. The graduated compression of the stockings helps reduce edema. The multi-aircell support of the insoles provides a total contact fit. The Hand Bulb with Pressure Gauge regulates aircell inflation. The XP Diabetic Walker also has a specifically designed rocker sole to reduce plantar pressures and improve off-loading. The PneumaticWalker Diabetic System is available in small, medium, large, and X-large sizes for men and women.
